I am always asked when is the best time to visit San Felipe. I enjoy myself any time I visit but the next few weeks bring all kinds of activities and events.
Coming up on March 5th and 6th is our Tequila Festival, a great time to meet many of the local residents in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Most of the premier tequila makers set up booths and for just a few dollars you can sample some of the best tequila Mexico has to offer.
March 11th through the 13th the Score Baja 250 comes to town. This will give you the chance to see some of the best desert racers and their machines up close.
Downtown San Felipe becomes full of the racers, crews, family members and vendors selling everything from race related item to delicious street tacos.
March 26 brings in the Blues and Arts festival, come down, listen to some creative musicians and view the works of local artists.
March also has some of the regions nicest weather with cool night and 80 degree days.
